2. Hosting

Our website is hosted by Mittwald CM Service GmbH & Co. KG. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded.

3. Collection and Use of Personal Data

a) Website visit

When you visit our website, the following data is automatically processed for technical reasons:

• IP address

• Date and time of access

• Accessed page/file

• Browser type/version, operating system

• Referrer URL

These data are necessary to ensure the functionality and security of the website. They are deleted after 14 days.

b) Contact form

If you use our contact form, we process the following information:
First name, last name, e-mail address, phone number, company, department, your message, and optionally a request for a copy.

The data are processed solely for handling your inquiry (Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR).
We delete the data once the inquiry has been completed, at the latest after 12 months, unless legal retention periods apply.

4. Cookies & Tracking

a) Cookie consent

b) Google Analytics 4

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to analyze website usage. Cookies may be set and pseudonymized usage profiles created. IP addresses are only processed in truncated form.
A transfer of data to the USA is possible; Google is certified under the EU-US Privacy Framework.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR, § 25 TTDSG.
Storage period: up to 2 years.

c) Google Ads Conversion Tracking

With your consent, we use Google Ads Conversion Tracking to measure the success of our online advertising. Cookies may be set and data (e.g. ad clicks) may be transferred to the USA.

d) Google reCAPTCHA

To protect our forms from spam and abuse, we use Google reCAPTCHA. User input and technical data (e.g. IP address) may be transmitted to Google. A transfer to the USA is possible; Google is certified under the EU-US Privacy Framework.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in IT security).

5. Storage periods

• Contact requests: until completion, max. 12 months

• Server log files: 14 days

• Cookies & tracking: according to your selection in the cookie tool (max. 2 years)
